FAQ
What do I need to wear?
We recommend smart-casual attire. Just aim to look neat and tidy, and you’ll fit right in. It’s worth noting that the Mount Tamborine area can get chilly, so it’s a good idea to bring some warm clothing.
Where’s your pick-up location?
We’re flexible when it comes to pick-up locations. Just ask us, and we’ll provide you with the available options.
Are you allowed to get drunk?
We encourage our guests to savor their wine and have a great time. However, each venue follows a responsible service of alcohol policy and may decline to serve if they believe you’ve had too much to drink.
Can we drink on the bus?
Unfortunately, the law prohibits the consumption of alcohol in a moving vehicle. But rest assured, our guests have never left our tours wishing for more wine, so we’re confident you’ll be thoroughly satisfied.
Can I take wine home with me?
Absolutely! That’s part of the experience—discovering new wines that you can enjoy at a later time.
How many people do you need for a private tour to go ahead?
Typically, a minimum of eight participants is required for our tours, but we’ve accommodated smaller groups as well.
What if I have any dietary requirements or allergies?
Not a problem at all. Just inform us of your specific needs, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
